Stephenie Meyer Book Signing – FAQ
📍 When and where is the signing event taking place?
The signing will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3PM PT at Forks High School in Forks, WA, as part of the Forever Twilight in Forks Festival.
Forks High School is located at: 261 Spartan Ave, Forks, WA 98331
🎟 How do I get a ticket to the signing?
Tickets have been distributed via a random drawing. Winners were selected from eligible entries submitted before August 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
Those selected will receive an email with instructions to confirm your attendance.
✅ I was selected! How do I confirm my spot?
To secure your place, you must submit the confirmation form by Friday, August 15 at 11:59 PM ET.
The link to the Google Confirmation Form has been included in your selection email.
Only those who submit the form by the deadline will be admitted to the event.
🪪 How do I pick up my wristband?
Wristbands must be picked up in person at one of the following locations:
- Thursday, September 11 | 9AM–4PM
Visitor Information Center (during Ticket Pickup) - Saturday, September 13 | 9AM–1:30PM

You’ll receive your assigned group and time for the signing when you pick up your wristband.
🚫 Can someone else pick up my wristband?
No. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be picked up by the person who was selected. Wristbands cannot be transferred to anyone else after pickup. If transferred, the wristband will be voided.
🔁 Can I give my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend?
No. Invitations and wristbands are non-transferable. Only the person selected and confirmed through the official process will be allowed entry. Wristbands cannot be transferred to anyone else after pickup. If transferred, the wristband will be voided.
📋 What if I miss the confirmation deadline?
If you do not confirm by Friday, August 15 at 11:59 PM ET, your spot will be forfeited and offered to someone else. We cannot make exceptions.
💼 Does this include travel or accommodations?
No. Selected attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
👫 Can I line up with my friends?
If you’d like to be assigned the same time slot as your friends, you must pick up your wristbands at the same time. We cannot accommodate grouping requests after wristbands are distributed.
🙅 Can I bring a guest?
No. Only the selected attendee will be allowed into the signing. Guests, including friends, family members, and children, are not permitted.
🎁 Can I bring a gift?
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing gifts to the signing. Your support and presence are more than enough!
📚 How many items can I get signed?
Each attendee may bring one Stephenie Meyer book to be signed. No other items (e.g. posters, merch, clothing, other books, etc.) will be allowed.
🪪 Do I need to bring ID to pick up my wristband?
Yes, please bring a photo ID when picking up your wristband.
